From the last century 60's, the world shipbuilding center has undergone a number of experiences from industrialized countries to Japan, South Korea, though they are still the world's largest shipbuilding country, but the focus of the world to the Chinese shipbuilding industry and the shift has been established. Compared with Japan and South Korea, China has not only high quality, low cost and rich labor force, but also better resources than other developing countries, technical conditions, have a comparative advantage. A shipbuilding power must be one of the Chinese development strategy.Twenty years ago, the majority of state-owned shipbuilding companies is not over 100, with export capacity of less than 30 ships, but by the end of 2009, China's shipbuilding enterprises have a breakthrough 1000, with the export capacity of the shipbuilding companies more than 300.Ship communication and navigation systems, are necessary as the ship supporting equipment, the overall performance of a ship plays a vital role on vessel, is now essentially part of the imported equipment. China's market situation although are facing the macro-economic crisis adverse effects, but as a single brand or product, also full of opportunities.In this paper, Danish TT company case, as the world's leading supplier of communication system of vessel, after study the transaction cost theory and diagonal theory, etc., in combination with the Danish TT company and the current market environment then analysis channel specific problems, such as strategic plan, channel structure, channel loyalty, service management, and give solutions for Danish TT companies with marketing channels overall strategy to make the basic structural layout, in order to achieve channel structure from its original state to a more efficient structural upgrading and transformation of the channel, for the Danish TT companies how can take advantage of the historical achievements of ships external communication opportunities in China's market, make greater progress, it is very important practical significance, challenging topic!...
