Study Of Automobile Vehicle Logistics Cost Control Performance Evaluation

With the rapid development of our economy, car gradually steps into thousands of households and become upscale consumer goods of common people. Automobile vehicle logistics has been a booming industry of logistics, but the vehicle logistics is still at the primary stage. As a larger body type, high-value goods, Cars require a rational transport routes, professional technical personnel and specialized equipment for warehousing, shipping and handling and other activities. High quality requirement caused high logistics costs. Automobile vehicle logistics cost remains high for a long time and the performance is showed in many aspects of logistics activities and logistics management, so that we need a set of logistics cost evaluation index system to comprehensively evaluate automobile vehicle logistics and in order to fundamentally control logistics cost, improve the efficiency and promote the development of automobile vehicle logistics.First, by consulting a large number of literature, the performance evaluation of logistics cost control was analyzed, also the background and current research of automobile vehicle logistics was researched, the research problem of performance evaluation of automobile vehicle logistics cost control was proposed in this paper. Secondly, with the support of logistics cost control and performance evaluation and other related theory, based on the characteristics of automobile vehicle logistics, automobile logistics cost control was analyzed mainly from these five aspects such as inventory costs, transportation costs, logistics costs, the cost of logistics services, logistics and information processing costs.Finally, using order relation analysis (G1) and Fuzzy comprehensive as evaluation method to quantitative the qualitative indexes, using Excel for data processing and analyze the effectiveness of the performance evaluation index system and operability of the process, meanwhile the performance evaluation results of automobile vehicle logistics cost control were analyzed in this paper.
