As a part of the government's public service, Public employment service is becoming more and more important. In order to improve the quality of public employment service, many countries introduce the performance evaluation system into the appraisal of public employment service. With the construction of Public employment service agencies becoming more and more sophisticated, our government is paying more attention to the appraisal of Public employment service to improve the quality and efficiency.On this occasion, Institute of Labor and Social Security pay much attention to study appraisal of Public employment service, the paper is writing under this situation. The paper does not only analyze the development of public employment service at home and abroad but also the development of performance evaluation of public employment service; It describes the public employment service institutions and its functions at home and abroad, citing the principles of performance evaluation of public employment service, analyzing the performance evaluation of public employment service at home and abroad. The first part describes the performance evaluation of public employment service system at home and abroad and believes that the system in Dalian City is more closer to china's realistic, but there are some disadvantages with it; So this part also give some recommendations. Under the special background of the special requirements of public employment services, in accordance with the requirements of the public employment service programs-"Three Provisions program" and book of Specific functions of public employment service, the paper draws the performance evaluation index of public employment service in China Based on the analysis before, the paper presents some services proposal to performance evaluation of public employment in China.The innovation is that the paper compares the performance evaluation system between home and aboard and gives some recommendations. In addition, the paper draws the performance evaluation index of public employment service in China. It is Unprecedented.This deficiency is that the case in China is little.
