The towns of Heilongjiang Province were divided into 11 types, such as towns being lack of potential of economy, towns of bad natural condition and towns of being lack of population but dwell concentratedly by analyzing the characters of rural transportation and current management mode of passenger transport station. Then adaptive management modes of each type of rural bus terminal were given.
