Knowledge economy, human resources will become not only strategic resources but also the most critical factor in enterprise development. Improve employee productivity, improve employee satisfaction, so that enterprises staff can try them best to stimulate the motivation on woke is expected in each manager to achieve above objectives, staff motivation is becoming top prior activity.Accompany with Market-oriented reforms in the economic system is continue accelerating, changes have taken place in the forms of organization, ownership structure, management mechanism in the state generating electricity enterprise, some deep-seated problems in management system of state generating electricity enterprise have gradually exposed. In recent years brain drain and employees lack of enthusiasm have becoming a more serious phenomenon. The reason for these phenomenon is the single incentive mechanism, imperfect compensation and inflexible employment mechanisms. The thesis analyzes the problem in incentive systems, pay structure, training, and other aspects of state generating electricity enterprise, and detailed analysis the source of the problem. Combined with research results of modern incentive theory in domestic enterprises, the thesis presented that according to different levels of demand in different position workers, establish a model based on performance as the core, supplemented by other incentive system.In this thesis, combined with management practices of a company named Qinhuangdao Power Co. Ltd, demonstrate the motivate system. Through implemente this system, employee motivation and satisfaction have improved, stimulate staff motivation and reduce production costs, and this system are in application in a number of similar enterprises now.
