| Thermal power plant construction project is a multi-objective, complex systems engineering. From the project start to project completion, the period of thermal power plant project construction is a long process. And all the management of construction projects is preceded around the total project schedule. Therefore, a reasonable prepared project schedule and dynamic controlling of the implementation of the project schedule, which is the decisive factor to ensure the project duration and economic and social benefits.This paper fully expounded the domestic and foreign theories and methods of schedule project management, and analyzed the classical methods. As the practical application of the basic starting point, the principle of WBS, the decomposition process and accuracy test and related notes of the development construction projects are introduced. According to the progress of WBS planning methods and principles, the content of their projects is decomposed step by step with the features of thermal power projects enterprise. In this paper, we do research from the actual situation of the construction project of Lanzhou Aluminum Co., Ltd.3×300MW captive power plant. Based on the Schedule management theory, P3E/C software is used as a tool to control the whole construction process by means of plan, coordinate, control and so on. Especially during the process of the actual preparation of schedule, work is broken down to several levels according to the principle of WBS and P3 Software is used to control the overall projects. These make that the resources and costs can be optimized and the project objectives can be substantially achieved.Based on the background of thermal power plant construction project, discussing the progress of the domestic project management has certain practical significance, especially the practical problems of the application of the construction project management progress. |
