In the era of knowledge economy, knowledge workers play an increasingly important role, and gradually become more and more important in the human resources, but with the growing competition both inside and outside the Organization, knowledge-workers also faced pressure from all sides. In particular, IT industry of the 21st century, pressure on its knowledge workers has become a well known fact, pressures on the negative effects of IT enterprise and staff have been highlighted.This article summarizes the working pressure at home and abroad on the basis of relevant theories, select of ten IT enterprises in Chengdu as the targets of knowledge workers, with a combination of questionnaires and interviews to investigate it. According to the results of the survey statistics, analysis of intellectual staff in IT enterprises in Chengdu pressure characteristics, satisfaction, response pressure situation and analysis of correlation between perceived stress and satisfaction, prove that pressure can reduce the degree of satisfaction, thus affecting the individual physical and mental performance. Finally, the basis of the foregoing findings, targeted made IT in Chengdu early prevention of enterprise knowledge type staff pressure management, medium control and feedback in the late three-stage model, expectations aroused the concern of IT industry of Chengdu city managers, and pressure to address management issues play a role in reference and reference.
