Research On The EVA-Oriented Key Value Drivers Of Telecome Operators

In recent years, rapidly changing business environment faced with the spread of economic crisis and the rate of decline in the industry, how to maintain market competitiveness and achieve the goal of maximizing enterprise value are the most important issue telecom companies are facing.Stakeholder theory suggests that the development of any company can not do without the input of various stakeholders or participation. Stakeholders are the source of enterprise value. With many stakeholders, telecom industry chain is complex. The various stakeholders together determine the enterprise value of telecom operators.The focus of the current enterprise value is not a static value; the value of the future growth is the key. The company's future growth value depends on economic value added (EVA) growth, that EVA is the engine of value growth. Therefore, the analysis of the composition of EVA is critical to understand the key value drivers.In this paper, we analyze the telecom operators in the relationship between stakeholders; summarize the key value drivers by various stakeholders.
