The traditional voice business era will become history,3G network has quickly transmission speed, quality service and height safety, bring the limitless opportunity for the telecom industry. Research show that:in the past year, China Mobile internet market scale reached147.8billion year-on-year growth of102.1%,month on month growth of16%,market growth slowly but gradually towards a rational and healthy development. In mobile internet era, the structure of mobile Internet industry value chain becomes more and more complex. Telecom content providers and terminal manufacturers and equipment manufacturers began to threaten the dominant position of telecom operators. This paper analyzes the cooperative game model of operators and content providers, and the principal-agent model of telecom operators and terminal manufacturers. This study has an important significance for telecom operators.This article uses the knowledge of Industry value chain theory and game theory, Industrial ecosystem theory and economics of information theory. Structure cooperative game model and principal-agent model; forward a few suggestions in the perspective of industrial ecological system. Finally, the article gives some conclusions:the development of communication technology is the root cause of the changes in telecom industry value chain; the cooperation mode of telecom operators and terminal manufacturers becomes more and more deeply; use a consultation cooperation model can bring more benefit to both of telecom operators and content providers; telecom operators should take the initiative to establish the mobile Internet industry ecosystem; Telecom operators may not be able to avoid pipelined.
