Study On Land Use In Rural Tourism Development With Game Perspective

There are many problems with the rapid development of tourism in China. The tourism resources and land resources are over-exploitation in many areas. As a result, large number of farmland change to non-agriculturalization and rural areas change to urbanization. These behaviors have a negative impact on rural tourism.First, this article make some researches about the rural tourism of LiangKou,CongHu-a,GuangZhou. Find that the urgent problem is the "land use" in rural tourism. The local residents hope to get more benefits from tourism. Therefore, villagers begin to build an d expansion houses to operate tourism industry. It needs a lot of land. As the villagers 1 ack of resources, environmental and ecological protection awareness, the large number of land is from orchards and woodlands. So the local government and villagers have confli ction on the "land use". So, it is necessary to study the problems of local government a nd villagers, to establish the mechanisms of coordination. Secondly, through case summar y, study the experiences in domestic and international. Thirdly, this paper make further a nalysis through Game Theory about the local government and local villagers' behavior. Fi nd the source of the problem. Finally, summarize some recommendations of tourism deve lopment:On the one hand, implement incentives in the economy. On the other hand, Str engthen the construction of the administrative system. To regulate the behavior of local r esidents and government, in order to promote the development of tourism.
