Today's rapid development of scientific technology makes the world economy is gradually transferred to knowledge economy, China is facing unprecedented challenges, the competition between talents and innovation ability replace the competition between enterprises. Managers as enterprise technical backbone of knowledge and played an importance roles in the innovation of organizational, through knowledge management especially knowledge sharing to share its knowledge and technology to staff, to help improve the organization innovation behavior so as to improve the organization's innovation ability.But the knowledge sharing are not unimpeded, knowledge causes fuzzy,knowledge provider has less willingness,knowledge provider and receiver have difficult relationship, all of these factors affecting knowledge sharing. So we have proposed a theoretical model conclude managers knowledge sharing,leader-member exchange relationship and employees innovation behavior to discusses the managers knowledge sharing how to influent employees innovation behavior.In this paper, on the basis of literature study, we use questionnaire survey method, based on the empirical studies, conducted a discussed and analyzed to discuss the relationship of the managers knowledge sharing, leading members exchange relationship and innovation behavior, the objects are pearl river delta partial enterprise.Through an empirical investigation and analysis, this study main draw the following conclusions:Firstly, Based on the knowledge sharing background, through the literature review, questionnaire survey and expert evaluation method, etc, on the base of case study, put managers knowledge sharing behavior divides into three dimensions, named the share personal knowledge, share learning opportunities and encourage others to learn. Secondly, we put forward research hypotheses that leading members exchange can significantly positively affect managers knowledge sharing. The empirical results show that LMX has high affection and positive for managers knowledge sharing, it means LMX higher, the higher level of management knowledge sharing either. Third, managers knowledge sharing significantly positive affect employee innovation behavior, managers knowledge sharing frequencies, the higher the employees innovation behavior. the managers knowledge sharing is helpful for internal knowledge transfer, conducive to the strengthening the communication and learning between managers and subordinates, especially can improve the innovation which needs good cooperation between managers and employees. According to the above research conclusion, we also lists a LMX affection and specific measures to promote managers knowledge sharing for enterprises to reference so enterprises will transfers theory into practice better, promote innovation behavior.
