Through the past thirty years of Reform and Opening up, China has made a long-term progress on the industrialization, and obtained a leap-forward development in national economy. Moreover, it has overtaken the United States to become the global manufacturing of the first big country, surpassing Japan as the world’s second-largest economy in2010. Nevertheless, with the spread of the global financial crisis, national economy falters in the world. In order to promote the sustained, healthy and steady development, our country should vigorously shift from extensive resources to technology-intensive production methods, which change the image of nation from "Made in China" to "Created in China". That puts forward new requirements for the enterprise of the country to a comprehensive innovation.Although it has brought a comfortable living experience to people in the era of the knowledge economy, the business are facing a fiercer and fiercer competitive state. Once, Ray Stata, chairman of analog devices, made a strong argument that U.S. industry’s most serious competitive problem lay in a declining rate of innovation-and that this decline could be traced more to a lack of management innovation than to weak product or technology innovation. Now, domestic enterprises are apparently being plagued by the problem. As a systematic activity, management innovation have inherent characteristics of diversity, complexity and so on. In fact, the organization is not high demand for the diversity of the management innovation, thus, in the management practice, the current domestic enterprise mainly introduce and absorb management innovation from others. In this paper, we choice adoptive management innovation to study.Based on collecting, analyzing and concluding the main content and methods of relevant literatures on management innovation, the research perspectives and methods for this paper has been selected:as for research perspective, it focuses on the factors of employee to explore the mechanism of adoptive management innovation in the organization.After establishing the topic, this paper combines literature review, questionnaire survey and data analysis methods:firstly, on the bases of the exploration and analysis on existing research with respect to employee voice behavior, leader member exchange relationship and knowledge sharing theory, this paper constructs an effect mechanism model; secondly, it selects the very mature questionnaire in the research and obtains an effective form of161; thirdly, by means of SPSS17.0, this paper analyzes the sample data to verify the hypothesis, and the conclusions are as follows:(1) Employee voice behavior has significantly positive effect on adoptive management innovation. Two dimensions of employee voice behavior is related with adoptive management innovation.(2) Employee voice behavior has significantly positive effect on knowledge sharing. Two dimensions of employee voice behavior is related with knowledge sharing.(3) Knowledge sharing plays an intermediary role in the positive relationship between employee voice behavior and adoptive management innovation.(4) Leader member exchange relationship has a significant moderating effect in the relationship of employee voice behavior and knowledge sharing.The innovation of this study are the following two aspects:first of all, it enriches the theory of employee voice behavior; second, it introduces employee voice behavior into the research of adoptive management innovation. However, the author has been limited to the level of the academic and the complexity of the research, and thus, there are still many deficiencies, which need further to research and discuss.
