Today,the situation of college students employment is increasingly serious.Entrepreneurship is not only the key to relieve the employment pressure,but also the need of the development of the Times.Countries also attaches great importance to the entrepreneurs to this special group,Relevant state department have issued a series of policy document for college graduates to entrepreneurs to create a good ecological environment,Innovation and entrepreneurship drive employment and create more job opportunities,promoting new economic and social development.In June 2015,the state council released the opinions of the state council on a number of policy measures to promote mass entrepreneurship and innovation.It clearly proposes to support college students to start their own businesses and provide personnel,venues,funds,mentors and guidance services for entrepreneurship.Under the strong support of the state,college students are trying to start their own businesses.According to statistics,by the end of 2016,the number of registered college students has reached more than 610,000,sixty percent of college students said they were interested in starting a business.On the contrary,the success rate of college students is generally low.The main reason is that the current college students' entrepreneurial incubation service system can not solve the actual problems that college students encounter in the process of entrepreneurship.On the whole,The entrepreneurial needs and obstacles of different types of college students not only have common characteristics but also have significant individual differences.So,it is very important to provide customized and accurate incubation service for college students to improve the success rate of college students.In this paper,the author frrstly reviews relevant literatures at home and abroad,and summarizes and categorizes the interview materials and related texts with the method of grounded theory.Extracting five factors that affect college students' entrepreneurial personalized service effectiveness,using stepwise regression method to establish multivariate regression model,validating these five factors influence on college students venture personalized service effectiveness.The research results show that the five factors that affect college students' entrepreneurial personalized service effectiveness are the innovation service content,the innovation service mode,the innovation service interaction quality,innovation service network,entrepreneurs'traits.Entrepreneurial service content,entrepreneurial service interaction,entrepreneurial service network and entrepreneurial traits have significant influence on the effectiveness of personalized service for college students.The entrepreneurial service mode has no significant influence on the effectiveness of the individualized service.The characteristics of the entrepreneur can affect the Relationship between entrepreneurial service interaction and the effectiveness of the personalized entrepreneurial service.According to the research results and combining with the present situation of college students' entrepreneurship services,we put forward some advice from innovation service content,innovation service interaction,innovation service network and entrepreneur traits and so on to improve the effectiveness of the college students' entrepreneurship personalized services.Finally,some shortcomings of this paper and the direction of future research are discussed.
