| Since the reform and opening up, more than 30 years ago, private economy has become the indispensible part of our country's national economy. However, there exists a series of problems in development process of the private enterprises, which includes the conflicts among the labor relations. To build a harmony labor relation is very important, so, it is necessary to research and explore the conflicts among labor relations in our country's private enterprises, thus to enrich the relative theories in this field, and to provide some references for resolving the real labor relations conflicts and furthemore to build an effective conflicts coordination mechanism, then helps to reach the final goal---harmony and stable development of our society.This research of the internal coordination mechanism in our country's private enterprises labor relations is explored by the method, which combined by the analysis of the literature method and case study method. Through gathering and analyzing the relevant theory literatures, studying the actual state of coordination of labor relations in our country and the global world field, the major coordination mode of labor relations, and emphasizing the internal coordination mechanism of labor relations in the enterprises. And based on the Buraway's theory--- manufacturing consent, that is to say, in our country's private enterprise, how do the employers softly control the employees; manufacture consents among the employees and resolve conflicts to build a relatively harmony labor relations, this research intends to analyze the internal labor relations coordination mechanism in the case enterprise A according to the theory, discuss how the enterprises use various coordination mechanisms to build a normal internal production order; maintain harmony labor relations;realize the survival and development of the enterprises.Through the analysis of the state of the internal labor relations coordination mechanism in the enterprise A, discuss its labor contract mechanism; labor union mechanism; motivate and welfare mechanism; internal workforce market mechanism; teams and groups mechanism; installation, function, reality foundation and the existing problems of enterprise culture mechanism.The steps that enterprise A has taken gain some effects in eliminating the labor conflicts; maintaining the harmony labor relations in the production activity, but these effects are still limited, the employers and the employees should take their own responsibilities more positively. The employers should transform the management concept, take the people the foremost; standardize the management gradually. The employees should continuously improve the self-consciousness in the production: positively protect the legal rights and privileges. The actual effects of the labor union should be strengthened, unceasingly promote the development of collective negotiation mechanism, thus be able to build up the standardized and effective internal labor relations coordination mechanism in these enterprises to achieve the harmony labor relations. |
