"4+2" Work Law: Democratic Management Mechanism Innovation In The Context Of Tax Reform

Democratic management is the core of villager autonomy. Villager autonomy, which is based on democratic elections and democratic participation, promote the democratic management of village public affairs and improve the efficiency of solving the village public affairs. However, due to the low level of institutionalization of village autonomy and the not high operational level, the effectiveness of village self-government is badly affected.
