Research On The Evaluation Of Land Intensive Utilization In Wuhan City Circle

The formation and development of metropolis in today's world is the main trend of urbanization development, which is a important index to measure the level of a country's economic development.Since 2007, Wuhan city circle was approved by state as a "resource intensive and environment friendly society experimental comprehensive reform zoom",which has been much concerned by public, it is not only the core of economy of Hubei province, but also the important strategic fulcrum of the rising central region. But today, in the face of the contradiction between the expansion of economic development and the limitation of land resources, exploring the way of the land intensive utilization is important to build a "Two-oriented Society" effectively. About this, it's so significant to study the land intensive utilization in Wuhan city circle.First, we summarized the research of the land intensive utilization at home and abroad, and interpreted the connotation and characteristics of the land intensive utilization based on comparison domestic and foreign scholar's researches. Then we elaborated the geographical location, natural environment, population, economy and so on of Wuhan city circle. In analyzing land use status of Wuhan city circle process, we pointed out the existing problems and five factors in effect on Wuhan city circle's land intensive utilization:nature, the level of economic development, technology innovation ability, population and policy orientation. According to the above analysis, this paper established a comprehensive evaluation system of intensive land use from with five aspects of Wuhan city circle:using land structure level, economic development level, the social security level, ecological environment development level and the development construction level., and ranked to the level of Wuhan city circle's land intensive use, by using the analytic hierarchy process (AHP) and multi-factor comprehensive evaluation method. The evaluation results showed, Wuhan city circle's overall level of land intensive using was little, and the regional disparity was obvious. Wuhan, leading to absolute advantage and influencing the whole level of land intensive of Wuhan city circle. In the view of location, the level of land intensive utilization in Wuhan city circle is distributed as ring-shaped in horizontal, and to all around decreases progressively gradually to take Wuhan as the center.In view of the above result, the article gave some suggestions to enhance the level of land intensive utilization:(1) set up and strengthen the new idea of land intensive utilization; (2) make the reasonable land utilization plan; (3) advance the legislative work of the land intensive utilization management; (4) optimize land structure through land replacement; (5) combine government management with market regulation availably; (6) depend upon the technical strength to raise the level of land intensive utilization; (7) establish the system of public participation; (8) optimize the city ecological environment.
