Along with development of economy and society, special equipment widely used all aspects of human production and life, improve the efficiency of human activities. Due to the special equipment is a kind of equipment that related life safety and is bigger risk,it's safe operation become an important part of production safety of an enterprise especially industrial enterprise.It is regarded to important that analyse and evaluate special equipment running risk, propose safety risk control strategies and measures.That is useful for reducing safety accidents, and setting up a good enterprise image.The research of special equipment risk control strategies also become a valuable extremely topic in the development process of an enterprise.In this paper,the special equipment safety condition of Baiyin Nonferrous Metals Group Co., Ltd is analysed,the factors related special equipment safety are distinguished and classification.Two special equipment risk analysis models are constructed from two different dimensions.Through investigation of special equipment security experts and person who engaged with special equipment, safety risk influence factors of special equipment and security risk of various kinds of special equipments are maked sorting,applying with hierarchical analysis method. In this paper, the recognition and classification of special equipment safety factors adopted accident-causing theory,and the hierarchical structure models of special equipment safety risk were calculated and consistency checked with application of computer software and regulating listed average method.Finally, based on the research, the overall status of special equipment safety of BaiYin Corporation Ltd. was evalued, the special equipment safety risk was analysed.A new and systemic strategy for reference on controlling special equipment safety risk was given.
