The Research Of Energy Requirement Forecasting And The Countermeasure Of Energy-Saving Of Gansu

Energy is the important material base for human survival and development, which affects the development, stability and progress of economy and society.With the development of economy and society, the energy problem now are more and more becoming the focus of attention of the countries around the world. With the rapid development of economy, the acceleration of the industrialization and urbanization causes the growing demand for energy. In the next period, we have to face serious energy problems and environmental problems caused by the energy consumption. Saving energy, improving energy efficiency will be China's urgent pursuit of the goal.Gansu province, the economy of which is relatively backward, is one of the less developed provinces in Northwest China, but it's also a large important energy and resource province in china, which continues to offer national and local economic development in energy support. But at the same time the contradiction between the development of economic and society of Gansu province and environmental pollution is more and more serious. It will be important issues for Gansu province to address that how to coordinate the energy, economic, social and environment relationship, how to win faster economic development and social progress at the least expense of energy resources and environmental costs.The main contents of this study are:First, make an analysis of the development of domestic and international energy situation and trends, organize related concepts and theories. Secondly, make a detailed analysis of the energy production and consumption of Gansu province, then make evaluation of its energy situation, and sum up the energy production and consumption problems. On this basis, forecast the energy consumption of Gansu province in 2011 to 2015 by using the energy consumption elasticity coefficient, and analyze energy-saving potential of Gansu province in terms of the industrial structure,industry structure,product structure adjustment and the change. Finally, this paper suggests the key of the energy saving work, which aims at optimizing energy structure, adjusting regional economic structure, optimizing the industrial structure and product structure, accelerating research strength and application process of energy saving technology, and implementing the energy saving work in important areas and so on, and establishes some supporting measures to keep the work going smoothly.The results of the study indicated that:(1) By 2015, Gansu province energy production is 11618.77 BiaoZhunMei, energy requirement is 8881.91 tons Biao Zhunmei.2011-2012, Gansu province is still in the supply of energy state of less than demand,2013-2015, energy supply will be greater than energy demands.(2) Adjustment of industrial structure is against the launch of the energy conservation work. Key energy industry structure adjustment and product structure adjustment are the main energy saving and key link in Gansu Province.
