Reform and opening up 30 years, Inner Mongolia economic development presents good posture, Inner Mongolia's economic growth for many years ranked first in the country provinces and autonomous regions. And Inner Mongolia economic development is not in coordination of Inner Mongolia farmers net income growth, the growth rate of income of the farmers in Inner Mongolia is far below the rate of economic growth and income growth of farmers there is a gap with a number of provinces and cities, study the influence factors of Inner Mongolia the farmer's income increase, put forward to promote income growth of farmers in Inner Mongolia's policy is imminent.This paper focuses on the factors that affect income growth of farmers is analyzed, the factors that affect income growth of farmers is divided into three categories, the first kind, the influence factors of agricultural labor income of farmers; Second, the influence factors of the non-agricultural Labor income of farmers; The third kind, influence farmers non-labor income factors.Use of gray correlation analysis method that the factors of agriculture technology level,agricultural production scale,farmers practitioners structure and market risk play an important role in Inner Mongolia farmers' agricultural labor income.The factors of non-agricultural labor income, education level of farmers, second and third industry development and urbanization rate have an important effect on the non-agricultural labor income of farmers in Inner Mongolia.And the influence of the Inner Mongolia farmers the main factors of labor income can be summarized as institutional factors, especially the rural financial system and the rural land system, the information also has important influence to the non-labor income.The important influence of farmer's agricultural labor income, non-agricultural Labor income and non-labor income In Inner Mongolia has analyzed, we can see the deep reason of the farmers' income growth in Inner Mongolia lies in:(1) restrictions on dual household registration system; (2) the development of agriculture, countryside and farmers lack of a large amount of fund support; (3) Government support to agriculture, rural areas and farmers is not strong enough(4) land property rights are not clear. According to the empirical results, combined with its actual situation of Inner Mongolia, and put forward relevant policy Suggestions.
