| The social rights and interests problems of land-lost farmers can be or can not be effectively resolved, it is not only related to urbanization, industrialization process and the basic stability of society, but also to the overall goal of building a moderately prosperous society can be or can not be achieved, even related to the ability to really build a socialist harmonious society. This paper, in the context of building a harmonious socialist society, look prospering the rural market economy as the fundamental purpose, the the main target is to protect the legitimate rights of land-losing famers and improve their current situation. Selecting Xing cha village for the survey site, empirically investigatived the live, social security and employment status of land-losing famers by the way of survey and interviewing. According to survey data, analyzed the status and social rights and interests problems of the land-losing famers in Pearl River Delta region. Proposed one-time monetary resettlement, job placement model can not fully represent the direction of reform at land acquisition and resettlement, it only can be as a transitional approach in the process of institutional change, and solving the problems of land-losing famers in Pearl River Delta region should adopt comprehensive measures, in the searchof multiple solution paths in the search, formulating and improving social rights protection systems of the land-losing farmerson the basis of researching for multiple solution paths.The train of basic thought about the paper: firstly, pose the question about land-losing farmers; secondly, analyse question about protecting the land-losing farmers; thirdly, sum up the problem to protect the land-losing farmers; fouthly, analyse the reason about the land-losing farmers's suffered injury in rights and interests; fifthly, borrow the experience from the other foreign countries how to solve the problem about the land-losing farmers; last, give the suggestion to solve the problem. |
