With the development of electronic commerce, more and more enterprises begin to usee-commerce systems to develop network marketing, but in the process of implementinge-commerce systems ,companies are facing many problems, such as, what problems need tobe solved in the process of implementing e-commerce , what factors are the key factors thatimpact the e-commerce success, what factors can be used to evaluate the e-commerce success,etc. These problems must be solved in the implementation process of e-commerce. In thisthesis, around these three aspects, we will discuss and study these key factors that cancontribute to the success of e-commerce systems of small and medium enterprises in Shanxi.This paper argues that the concents of corporate strategy can be quantified into data aselements of e-commerce success evaluation. Combined with the actual situation of Shanxiprovince, the paper analyzed key success factors of small and medium enterprises in Shanxi.Combining literature with empirical research, it pointed out key factors that impacte-commerce success of small and medium enterprises in Shanxi and put forward somemeasures and suggestions with the actual situation. In the literature section, the paper firstanalyzed the states quo on the key success factors of domestic and foreign e-commerce,studied the successful model of e-commerce. In the process of analyzing factors, this articleproposed the factors influencing for small and medium enterprises in Shanxi, throughcombining the contents of the corporate strategy with financial indicators, it pointed outseveral evaluating indicators of e-commerce systems success, and established the hypothetical model of key success factors of e-commerce systems in small and medium enterprises.In thedata, this paper gived hypothesizes, through the interview questionnaire collected the datasand analysised in effectiveness ,reliability, relevance and regression, thus validated thehypothesizes and had the conclusions. According to the conclusion, it put forward somecountermeasures and suggestions combining the act situations in small and mediumenterprises.The successful factors impacting e-commerce and evaluating e-commerce bothrepresent the kinds respectively.There are linear among the website performance, leadershipand technology, and they are also critical success factors of e-commerce. Some factors such asstrategies and customers also conclude the critical success factors impacting e-commerce.
