Research On TTF Entrepreneurial Models In Rural Areas Of Xinjiang

Technical Task Force (TTF) is a new thing of the new period, which derives from the grassroots and serves for the rural economic and social development. It has achieved good effect in rural areas through recent years and contributed a lot in improving the economy and the local farmers' income. TTF entrepreneurship activity is based on the TTF work, and emphasizes on the entrepreneurship. TTF who creates entrepreneur can build stable and solid benefit community with farmers. This work plays a positive role for the re-energizing of the rural economic and social development.This study systematically summarized the TTF work and the entrepreneurship activity. By investigating the Xinjiang Autonomous Region, this paper makes detail analysis of the major factors in Xinjiang TTF entrepreneurship. The analysis uses the Logistic data model and statistical software to explain the influence of the factors, and point out the problems about Xinjiang TTF's entrepreneurship activity. Then based on TTF characteristics of Xinjiang, we summarize five models of the entrepreneurship activity, and describe the models carefully. Meanwhile, in the process of the investigation, we found that the government of Xinjiang created the service center for the TTF, so we also analyzes the service center on its supporting functions and contribute to the four models. Finally, this paper gives suggestions on the stability and development of the TTF teams, building a favorable environment for the entrepreneurship, guiding the TTF to carve out in several industrial nodes.
