The Network Economy is the achievement of the information revolution which is the third one just following the agrarian revolution and the industrial revolution. Based on the extensive application of information technology in the late twentieth century, the Network Economy as one of the developed new industries is regarded as representative of the new commercial civilization. Taken new productive forces and institutional system characterized as honesty, sharing and responsibility, the new commercial civilization greatly affects gross domestic product and national economic departments, so that accelerate the promotion from the industrial revolution to the information revolution. This paper attempts to analyze and discuss the positive and negative influences on the national economy and each department caused by the network economy under these ten years'development.Full-text content is divided into six chapters. The first one is about the introduction, covering not only the thesis research background, purposes and significance, but also the ideas and methods of research paper. In the meanwhile, various domestic and international literatures about the influence on national economy caused by network economy have been reviewed in detail. In the second chapter, I introduce basic concepts and characteristics about the network economy firstly. Then, comparing the domestic and international status on network development, I summarize the characteristics and existing problems of network developments and applications in our country. In the third chapter, firstly I gather the network economy market scale data and GDP of latest eight years. Through simple regression model I analyze and describe the impact on national economy caused by the network economy both from the quantifiable aspects and the integrative views including industrial structure, the accounting method, resource allocation, employment output and taxation. The Chapter Four respectively discuss the influence on national economic departments such as the non-financial sector, the financial sector, the government, and the household sector. The fifth chapter provides the relative policy suggestions according to exist problems during the network economy developing. The last one is the final part; it summarizes the conclusion of the paper, and gives the directions as well as emphases of the relative follow-up research.Based on the regression model of network economic market scale and GDP, combining the influence on national economic departments, this paper draws the following conclusions. Firstly, there is one year's lag between national economic growth and the market scale expansion of network economy. Secondly, the rapid development of network economy proposes queries about several aspects of national economy, such as tax system, economic measures and so forth. Finally, while only further strengthen the network infrastructure, the financial market supervision and integrity as well as legal system consummation, the new commercial civilization, which is represented by the network economy, can get further development.
