Content:The rural-urban migrant worker is a special phenomenon during the adjustment and transformation of socioeconomic in China. The phenomenon of migrant workers-returning entrepreneurship is coming along with the flowing rural labor force. Appropriate policy which actively supports the rural-urban migrant workers'return and venture is not only conducive to the employment of migrant workers themselves, but also conducive to play start to improve employment multiplier effects. What's more, it plays a significant role on expanding employment channel, raising farmers' income, transferring rural surplus labor force, promoting industrialized operation of agriculture and rural economic integration, progressing rural socioeconomic development and new socialist rural areas'construction. The strategy in the twelfth five-year creates great surroundings for migrant workers-returning entrepreneurship, by contrast, encouragement of migrant workers-returning entrepreneurship is a vital way that realizes the strategy. Jiangxi is a major agricultural labor force province, therefore, in order to accelerate Jiangxi's economy development, the study on the influencing factors on the behavior of migrant workers-returning entrepreneurship, and focusing on the promotion of migrant workers-returning entrepreneurial policy, has important practical significance.This paper is based on the initial data collected from the survey and research of the behaviors of rural-urban migrant workers' return and venture. First of all, using statistical description analyses the fundamental behavior of migrant workers-returning entrepreneurship. Then, using statistical crossing method analyses the influencing factor of migrant workers-returning entrepreneurship. Once again, using two-variable regression depth analyses the factor of migrant workers'conduct, concerning the role and degree of each factor. Later, using typical case analysis method discuss in practice. Finally, summarizing the main conclusions of text, as well as giving advice to promote migrant workers-returning entrepreneurial decision-making. Specific framework is as follows:The first chapter focuses on the background, meaning, content and objectives. The second chapter combs the literature review about entrepreneurial behavior at home and abroad to establish a solid theoretical foundation. The third chapter uses statistical descriptive analysis method to grasp the fundamental behavior of migrant workers-returning entrepreneurship in macro. The fourth chapter uses statistical crossing analysis method to examine the influencing factor of migrant workers-returning entrepreneurial behavior, based on the factors to analyze the return of migrant workers to entrepreneurial cognition, attitude and evaluation. The fifth chapter builds two-variable regression model, then, analyzes and discusses the influencing factor of migrant workers-returning entrepreneurial behavior according to the result. The sixth chapter uses typical case analysis method to attain a deeper understanding of migrant workers-returning entrepreneurial behavior in practice. The last chapter summarizes the main conclusions text, and based on the results of this study gives policy recommendations to the corresponding promotion of migrant workers-returning entrepreneurship.
