Entrepreneurship,throughout China's reform and opening up for forty years,is still shining in today's development.Entrepreneurship has never been accepted as an important channel to solve employment difficulties.The concept of entrepreneurship has gradually gained popularity,and at the same time,it has also planted the seeds of entrepreneurship in the hearts of migrant workers.After 2008,entrepreneurship has a strong gravitational pull on the returning migrant workers.As an important force to achieve its development of the China's reform and opening up in the past 40 years,this group has begun to turn from a large team that relies on physical strength to build China at the grassroots level.Relying on skills,knowledge,it can achieve their social and life values.Based on the theory of push-pull theory,the theory of hierarchy of needs and the basic theory of labor transfer theory,this paper takes 114 rural migrant workers from Taiyuan City,Shanxi Province as a sample,and conducts research on their returning entrepreneurship.Data were collected,migrant workers who returned to their hometowns to start their own businesses were taken as the research object,and factors affecting migrant workers who returned to their hometowns to start their ownbusinesses in Taiyuan city were obtained through field investigation and analysis.Then,Logistic model was constructed and the data collected were empirically analyzed with Stata14,0 statistical software.Through the analysis of the collected data,the influencing factors affecting the return of migrant workers in Taiyuan City are divided into internal influencing factors,including endowment level,skill level,entrepreneurial self-cognitive ability,practical innovation ability,organizational awareness ability and external influence factors,including the economic and financial environment,the rule of law environment,the public service environment and the policy environment.The empirical results show that age,gender,education background,experience and skills,risk identification and handling ability,socialability,ability to obtain venture capital andeconomic environment are significantly correlated with the choice of returningmigrant workers to start their own businesses in Taiyuan.
