Study On The Effect Of Knowledge Management To The Corecompetence Of The IT Enterprize

Based on the theory of Informatics, economics and management of enterprize, and the methods of citation, bibliometrics, comparative analysis approach and induction, this paper adopts the model of knowledge value train to study the modes of the knowledge management, and the mechnism and the valuation of the effect of the knowledge management to the core competence of IT enterprize. The article is divided into five sections, begins with the preface on the research purpose, meaning, methods, and the study of current situation of the effect of the knowledge management to the core competence of the IT enterprize, and also includes the basic conceptions such as the core competence of enterprize, knowledge, IT enterprize, and knowledge management. At the principal part, first, the important factors are analysed to make a conclusion that the knowledge management is one of the most important fator to the the core competence of IT enterprize, which include the patterns of the knowledge management and the major factors about the IT enterprize's core competence. And second, it begins with an analysis based on the knowledge value train, which is about the principle and the mechanism of the effect of the knowledge management to the IT enterprize's core competence, and the analysis totalize three differnet angles which compose the knowledge value train such as the primary activities, the accessorial activities and the relationship of the activities and some examples in application. To make it clear, the article also adopts the investigation on the study of the enterprize's core competence based on the knowledge management in 2006, which was sponsored by the china philosophy and social science plan office, as a result, all kinds of the activities which compose the knowledge value train were put into the analyse system to be valuated the importance solely. As an major part of the article, some typical cases in the IT development history are discussed to explain the conclusion, from IBM, which represents the famous enterprize in the world, to HUAWEI, which represents the local developing enterprize, and the effective activities which are helpful to the software developing enterprize are listed and discussed. At the end of the article, we have made the conclusion that IT enterprize should take advantages of all kinds of activities in knowledge management to construct and improve the core competence of enterprize, which is especially important when enterprize face the real risk of the informationization and economic globallize.
