As the growing concern for environmental protection, people pay more attention to the re-use of waste materials. A great number of factors, such as environmental protection, government legislation, resource conservation and economic benefits etc, make the companies paying more time and bankroll to concern about handling of waste materials as an important component of its responsibility. Nowadays with the continuous deepening of research, the study-hotspot about reverse logistics gradually shifts from qualitative to quantitative, with the aim of cost-effective recycling and get the value in waste materials. Reverse logistics makes enterprises to protect the environment, and establish a good corporate image, it is no doubt that reverse logistics is an effective mean to solve the global resource leak and environmental pollution problems.This article aims at studying the recovery of logistics network optimization problems based on the uncertain environmental factors. In view of the uncertainty of reverse logistics, this study analysis the uncertainty parameters in the classical reverse logistics network model carefully, a certain extent to simplify problems, after a reasonable theoretical analysis, and ultimately combined the uncertain parameters and uncertain environment with a new concept"environment eactors". It used to indicate the degree of uncertainty the environment. Finally, this new model is proved to be effective to solve the network planning problem, by addressing a practical example of Tong Ren.This paper sums up the experiences about the reverse logistics network design. Solve the problem in the field of reverse logistics with mathematical modeling, questionnaire survey research, qualitative derivation, analytic hierarchy process, software and other means. Improve the classical logistics network optimization model, introduced some corresponding algorithm.This paper discusses the reverse logistics network in the uncertain environment.Analysis the various types of environmental uncertainties, and obtaines certain results. On the one hand, using some quantitative expression of uncertainty environment factors, optimizing the original model from a practical sense; the other hand, offer an effective solution to provide a decision-making to slove other uncertainties, such as the alternative address. And finally to conduct research for example, the results show that the reverse logistics network structure optimization is effective. Through this research, in-depth understand the reverse logistics network optimization theory, improves the corresponding level of logistics network design practice.In conclusion, it has some significance to promote the domestic development of reverse logistics industry.
