Lean Production Oriented Manufacturing Staff Development For X Company

This thesis aims to explore the knowledge of lean manufacturing which applies to the X manufacturing staff training model to address the X manufacturing staff training issues. So, this thesis firstly describes the background of this study, the need for research and research methods. Second, lean manufacturing, human resources management and human training theoretical knowledge are stated. Lean production and associated human resources. They give us all the knowledge points related to some grasp of convenience applied to X business problem. Third, this chapter briefly introducts a detailed analysis of the status of the production staff in X company, including production staff composition, characteristics, production staff ages, educational level and their knowledge of Lean Production. Last to lean production pull-type production, 5S management and visual management combine with lean thinking. The pulling approach proposes training, 5S training in management and visual management of the implementation, and describes the career development and training of production staffs. It embodies in a single flow method, and more job rotation, error proofing, continuous improvement and other lean methods. In the end, the thesis evaluates the effect to X Company. The production quality of staff, morale, and loyalty to enterprises has increased, so the yield is improved.This thesis explores the research staff of X lean production training mode. We can see that training, career development can reduce the mobility of employees and enhance loyalty to the enterprise, thus reducing business costs and increasing cohesion, so that employees personal goals and organizational goals contribute to the development for the company.
