The Research On Application Of Lean Production In QSY Company

Lean production originated in the Toyota production system, by eliminating all theinvalid labor and waste, continuously reduce costs, improve quality to enhance the core competitiveness of enterprises. There have been more and more enterprises start to introduce lean production to ensure the advantage position in the market. Lean production is an advanced mode of production, but it is also an advanced management tools to guide us from lean production to lean management change, starting from the source to do the whole lean.In this thesis, the study on the theory of lean production, combining the actual situation of QSY company, revealed the necessity for the implementation of lean production. The paper described in detail the scheme implementation of lean production and the implementation of the main points and steps. Then through to the two project to improve an improved tool, using a variety of lean, solving the problems such as imbalance in the production line, process is not reasonable, logistics chaos, field management is not in place and other major issues, has played a pioneering role model to promote lean production in QSY company. The practice and achievements of lean production in QSY company to the manufacturing sector pointed out the direction, it confirmed the lean production manufacturing process in the enterprise play an important role, by eliminating all kinds of waste in the production process, improve efficiency, and thus improve the management level.This paper also provides data for the promotion and implementation of lean production in railway transportation equipment industry.
