Research On The Comprehensive Evaluation Of Residential Building Energy Saving In B City

The evaluation of residential building energy saving is very important for enhancing energy saving effect of the residential building, promoting residential building energy saving develops smoothly, and improving comprehensive competitive power of the city. Because of kinds of reasons, residential building energy saving hardly was evaluated before, or done without systemic indicators, and the evaluation methods were also scarce of scientificity and applicability. This paper has confirmed evaluation index system and formulated the evaluation model of residential building energy saving, therefore, it improves the evaluation means and approaches of the residential building energy saving.Firstly, according to the characteristics of the residential building energy saving, the principles of index system setup, the general evaluation index system of residential building energy saving is proposed, and based on the fuzzy preference relation method, the more efficient indicators are selected so as to the evaluation index sytem of residential building energy saving is confirmed. Then, according to the characteristics of residential building energy saving, the paper deduces the evaluation model for indicators'weight by AHP approach, and using fuzzy comprehensive evaluation approach to formulate single factor fuzzy evaluation model and multi-hierarchy fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model. Still, on the basis of above, a case study on residential building energy saving of A city is applied to illustrate the application of the evaluation, and the results have shown the model can help decision makers know about the microcosmic side and macroscopical one of the situation of the residential building energy saving, so as to make decision more scientifically, and find the schemes to solve the problems concerning residential building energy saving. Finally, the paper systematically explains the application value and condition of the evaluation model of residential building energy saving, and also expects its application foreground.
