At present, the situation of the building energy-consumption in china is badly stern, Which presents the big total quantity, the high proportion, the low efficiency and the heavy pollution. Now, " urbanization" is on the new period of fast development in our country and with the development of urban economic, farmers become richer and richer, so more building is built in the countryside. The energy consumption increases rapidly in the urban and the excessively high consumption of housing energy has become the heavy burden of energy. It becomes arduous duty for the energy conservation and the emission reduction. Meanwhile, people purses big space in residence so that the rural residence becomes larger and larger in length and breadth and the layer height becomes higher and higher as well. For the low education level of the farmers, there are two serious problems in rural residence's energy efficiency:the energy consumption is quite high and people know too little about energy efficiency in rural residence.Through the research of the residence's present situation and energy-saving in Harbin's rural, it analyzes the energy-consumption of the building, the comfortableness of the house and the present situation of energy saving. It summaries the current problems of the building's energy-saving in Harbin's rural and makes a deep and thorough analyze about every element of the energy-saving residence. In order to realize the sustainable development of the countryside building and enhance the comfortableness of the house, it bases on the six patents for the technology of energy-saving and heat-insulation to make a deep discussion about the technology optimizing of energy-saving for countryside building. The rural housing in Harbin is optimized totally and systematically from the aspect of planning design, shape coefficient, design philosophy, energy-saving design and utilization of bioenergy. Exterior building envelopes state of rural house is improved in Harbin by making full use of local agriculture and industrial garages, such as rice straw and the boiler slag.By the basis theory of the comprehensive evaluate system, it makes a fully research of the correlative design and examine standard of the building energy efficiency and assessment technology. Through the key steps which includes the indicators design, the decomposition of evaluation objectives, the screening and the identification of indicators, the determination and amendment of the indicators weight, energy-saving comprehensive evaluation objective, energy-saving comprehensive evaluation results, energy-saving grade logo and so on, using Delphi, AHP and GRAY information, the paper successfully constructs comprehensive evaluation system of housing energy-saving in Harbin's rural from four dimensions, including the comprehensive energy consumption, the quality of the building, the economic of the building and the territorial of the building. Finally, the green construction assessment model is applied to the optimized energy-saving project, which has proved the buiding's practicability and the scientific. The article has made a research from the basis theory to the practicability. It will perfect and improve the system of the evaluating indicator and improve the instructional design of energy-saving residence in Harbin's rural. At the same time, the article has raised some reasonable suggestions for the construction of the energy-saving building in Harbin's rural.
