With the development of knowledge economy,there is an increasing demand for knowledge-based talents,They are the soul of an enterprise.They will determine the operation mode of the enterprise and the culture of the enterprise,and then affect the overall performance of the enterprise,the proportion and quality of knowledge-based talents in enterprises has become the core competitiveness of the company.How to improve the efficiency of knowledge-based employees and stimulate their innovative talents is an important factor for high enterprises to gain a favorable position in the market competition.However,the loss of knowledge employees has become new high-tech enterprises are faced with the problem,at present the focus of enterprise management personnel's work is to find a feasible way,to inspire the class talent innovation work efficiently.It is also an urgent task for human resource management.The BW company is a typical independent innovative high-tech enterprise.This paper explores the current situation of incentive status of knowledge-based employees in the BW company,the combined with the specific incentive plan implemented by the BW company,through the investigation of the characteristics of knowledge-based employees in new high-tech enterprises in China,the analysis of incentive demand,and the analysis of the incentive factors adopted by other companies for such employees,by using the methods of literature analysis,investigation and case study method,it is concluded that the BW company has problems in the incentive of knowledge-based employees and proposing targeting countermeasures.
