Knowledge capital becomes the core competitiveness of enterprises in knowledge-based economy age; knowledge workers as the core of the carrier of knowledge are increasingly becoming the core objects of human resources management. The efficiency of enterprises depends on the performance of employees, and the employees'job satisfaction will affect work efficiency, high job satisfaction will have working enthusiasm, low satisfaction will cause negative, snub even defensiveness. As long time it accumulation can produce job burnout. And personality traits as individual unique features not only influence job satisfaction, but also on job burnout. At present, it is common phenomenon in our country enterprise that employees being low job satisfaction, the work of generation are tired feeling. Enterprise only hard to improve employees'job satisfaction, reduces employees'job burnout, to place long-time in the uncertain and severe competition in knowledge economy era. So In this dissertation, taking Anhui certain telecommunication engineering enterprise knowledge-based employees as an example, research the relationship of the knowledge-type employees, locus of control, job satisfaction, and job burnout through empirical research method. And give some management and adjustment suggestion for enterprises and individuals.This study, taking personality traits as a starting theme, the knowledge workers as research objects and the job satisfaction and the job burnout for survey content, using empirical research method discusses the knowledge workers'locus of control, job satisfaction and the job burnout relationship. First through the study of literature proposed research hypotheses, then designed questionnaire, through the form of electronic questionnaires to collect data, and finally, according to the data analysis results puts forward relevant Suggestions. Specifically, the study and research results of this paper are as follows:1. The study fist through explore the related literature study of personality traits, job satisfaction and the job burnout, puts forward research hypothesis that the locus of control affect the job satisfaction and job burnout, and play the adjustment function in the process of job satisfaction influence.2. Through questionnaire survey to collect data, use SPSS17.0 statistical software, use reliability and validity analysis, correlation analysis and regression analysis to study the relationship of knowledge staff's locus of control, job satisfaction and burnout.3. The empirical study results indicated that, locus of control is related knowledge staff's job satisfaction and job burnout negatively correlated. Employee's job satisfaction and the job burnout have differences in the locus of control. Study also found locus of control play a regulatory role in job satisfaction work itself satisfaction, competent satisfaction, colleague's relationship satisfaction and promotion satisfaction of the impact on job burnout.4. Summarized and discussed the research results, and according to the knowledge staff's characteristics, from the perspective of human resource management give some suggestions for enterprise each person, and points out the study limitations and future research direction.
