Effected by the global financial turmoil, the economy environment is complicated and changeable. The executives` salary of the listed company is ascending when the turnover of the company is descending. The executive is very vital to the development of the company especially in the knowledge time. In China, the executive salary of the bank industry is a hot topic in recent years. The level of the salary and the structure of the salary are focused on in the global financial turmoil. The salary is not only a distribution, but also a social balance. The executive as a special human resource decides the way of the company development and the s study of the executive`s salary is necessary.The paper use the way of quality and quantity to study the reality of the payment of the listed company of China banking industry. Comparing the horizontal level of the salary between different listed banks and analyzing the structure of the salary are the key point of the paper. At the same time, the paper proposes the means of the pricing of human resource and choice the proper way for the banking executive.The pricing of the human resource essentially is a redisplay for the executive. Combined the means of the human resource pricing with the executive salary plan, the paper suggests the principle of the pricing. The paper also gives advice as to the problem of the executive`s payment concerning to the financial crisis in 2008.
