With the development of society, the knowledge and technology updates faster. Certainly, the people who are proficient at new knowledge and technology become the source of core competence in enterprise or other business organizations. How to develop the fullest potential of the human resource management is the key to win the competition. As the creator of human resources value, the human resource management executive is attracting increasing attention. The related theory about the human resource management, however, is not sufficient. Especially, it is also can be found that the lack of the research on the incentive of the human resource management executive in the existing literature.The objective of this thesis is to establish an updated incentive model for motivating the human resource management executive effectively. First, this thesis concludes the current research background and status, and then discusses the characteristic of human resource management executive according to their job profile and the corresponding characteristic of the knowledge workers. Second, from the point of view that human resource management executive plays an impetus role to the enterprise, the thesis presents a demand model for them based on the McClelland Achievement Motivation Theory. Additionally, the thesis creates the incentive model from the previous demand model by applying the incentive mechanism of the knowledge workers. Simultaneously, it analyzes and corrects this incentive model by using the questionnaire survey.Finally, the thesis provides the countermeasure and suggestion to build the incentive mechanism based on the existing demand and incentive model, and also it suggests the direction and task for the further research.
