Research On Evaluation Of The Core Competence For The Manufacture Enterprises Of Automobile Based On The Theory Of Evidence

The automobile industry has played an important role in impelling the national economic growth and promoting employment. However, The Global Financial Crisis has generated negative impact on China's economy, including the manufacture enterprises of automobile. Therefore, how to evaluate and improve the core competence of enterprises correctly so as to impetus the development of the enterprises is a topic of theoretical and realized meanings to a certain extent.In view of this, the paper firstly summarizes the basic theories of the core competence and the measurement of it's evaluation, and then reorganize the study of the core competence to the manufacture enterprises of automobile. Secondly, based on the characteristics of automobile enterprises which are the small scale and low level of technology, the paper brings forward conception system of automobile enterprises'core competence from the view of knowledge. And then the evaluation index system of core competence including core employee competence, core technology competence, core producing competence, core management competence and core market competence is constructed based on the theory of knowledge capital. Thirdly, according to the characteristics having a hybrid multiattribute of the index system and the uncertainty evaluation often given by many experts, the theory of evidence is introduced. And on the basis of expatiating the basic concept and character of the theory of evidence, we do research on synthesizing evidence and the approach of obtaining the trust value. Then we adopt the way of determining the nature of ration index and establish the estimating model for the core competence of the manufacture enterprises of automobile. Finally, an automobile manufacturing enterprise's core competence is evaluated by using the method above and recommendations including enhancing the innovation capability of technology of the enterprise are proposed to enhance the core competence of the automobile enterprises.
