With more and more severe environment and shortage of energy problem, as wellas all the Countries around the world try to look for a new round of investmentopportunities after the financial crisis to occupy the dominant position of economic inthe post-petroleum era, and achieve the sustainable development of each countries andthe world, all the countries turn their attention to new-energy one by one. As a newsustainable economic growth, developing new-energy not only can help all thecountries get rid of the crisis, but also is the only way to obtain the dominant positionof politics and economic for countries. It has been a common choice to bring new andrenewable energy industry as a new-economic-growth point and the support point ofsustainable development of economy and Society.Firstly, this article discusses the background and practical significance of theselection to Analyze investment in the new-energy industry, and gives a generaldescription of achievement and methods of research in Chinese and foreigncountries .Secondly, this paper give a deep study of the favorable condition, currentsituation, development prospects and development problems in the new-energyindustry in the world and China. This paper describes and summarizes the policy ofnew-energy to find the shortage to improve.On this basis, this article applies Grey Relation Analysis to find out the mainfactors of the macroeconomic and analyzes the mechanism. Then uses regressionanalysis to analyze the enterprise value of 31 qualified new energy sector companiesto identify the main factors and put forward policy recommendations to improveenterprise value. At last, this article gives the solutions and policy recommendationsto the existed problem.
