The Research On Harmonious Degree Evaluation Of Enterpriprise In China

The 21st century, with the globalization of economy and information , the advent of knowledge economy, our economic transition, domestic and interna-tional environment changes day by day, development of enterprise meet many new situations and new trend. Facing the new situation and trends, our country enterprise management is not fully adapt to these changes. There are many dis-harmonious. The fourth plenum put forward "to construct a socialist harmonious society". To construct the harmonious society in our country currently become an important macroscopic systems engineering. As the microcosmic enterprise how to treat and implement. It has the significant and urgent realistic signifi-cance. For that reason, this paper uses qualitative and quantitative research methods to establish the enterprise harmonious degree evaluation index system and the model.In the first place, this paper introduces the historical development of the harmonious management thoughts. It expounds the Chinese traditional culture and management of harmonious thought, the western management thoughts of the idea of harmony and the modern enterprise harmonious management of breakthrough and innovation.Secondly, different experts and scholars mean the interpretation of harmony and enterprise harmonious management . On that basis, it analyzs influence en-terprise harmonious factor from both internal and external. It affects the enter-prise internal harmonious factors including the organizational structure, organ-izational culture, leaders and leadership, organization incentive, organizational communication and organization innovation.Enterprise harmonious external in-fluencing factors is divided into two parts.Once more, it explains the purpose of evaluation index system design, principles and methods. On the analysis of influence enterprise harmonious fac- tor basis, it uses ahp to set up enterprise harmonious degree evaluation index system. Using the theory of fuzzy mathematics method ,it constructs enterprises harmonious degree fuzzy evaluation model.In the end, taking a feather garment enterprises as an example, using Ahp the Delphi method and the theory of fuzzy mathematics method ,it establishes judgment matrix, determines the weight of every evaluation index. Through a series of matrix computation , analysis and comparison ,it firms harmonious de-gree evaluation. Combined with front research theory, it puts forward the sug-gestion promoting enterprise harmonious degree.
