This artice takes Nanning city as the case to study on the influence of residental real-estate development on the evolution of pattern of urban land-utilization with rapid urban expansion, and discuss the realtion between both part.First of all, it make a generalization and evaluation about the study on the residental real-estate development and the pattern of urban land-utilization, which were done both by foreign and Chinese scholars. This is the theoretical basis of this article.The second chapter puts forward the structure of the whole article, it's content, methodology and study area. At last, the data used in this article is evaluated.The third chapter analysis Nanning's residental real-estate development and the evolution of pattern of urban land-utilization under rapid urban expansion background, since the middle of 90'in the 20th Century, and then make a conclution about both of them.The fourth chapter comprehensive using case study and theoretical study, probe into the influence mechanism that residental real-estate on urban land-use scale, urban land-use structure, urban land-use spatial distribution pattern.The fifth chapter concludes the problems between residental real-estate development and the pattern of urban land-utilization, and also suggests measures in order to condinate the realationship between both part. It also offer modes of residental real-estate and urban land-utilization, which are of highly objectiveness.The sixth chaper is the last part and the conclution of this article, including conclutions about the five chapters before, and some suggestions.
