Research On The Choice Model For Best Trustworthy Supplier

In the new economic era of globalization, with the science and technology progress and the rapid development of information and network technology, the market opportunities is difficult to grasp. Enterprises are facing opportunities and challenges around the word and the competition among enterprises is intensifying. In the new market environment and competitive situation, enterprises realize that the optimal allocation of its resources and its management has not adequately improve the competitive advantage. On the contrary, enterprises should form a dynamic strategic alliance for the common market interests. So, the idea of Supply Chain and Supply Chain Management come into being and competition among enterprises has evolved into the competition among the supply chains.Suppliers as the start point of the supply chain, plays a vital role in terms of its ability to provide reliable quality services, which directly determines the credibility of corporate success. The choice of supplier is become the top priority of supply chain management and the cornerstone of the supply chain management's competitive advantage. Therefore, the selection of suppliers is become the research of hot and difficult. In order to solve the problems related to selection of suppliers, we, in this paper, introduce the concept of module design that was previously used in the system design while combining with mixed update mechanism, and then propose a choice model for best trustworthy supplier called BTSM. First of all, the information of supplier is updated in static and dynamic ways. And secondly, the model finds the trustworthy supplier with the concept of trust management that is used in network security. After that, we can, based on the trustworthy supplier, select the best one by TOPSIS.The first, we, in this paper, discuss the background and purpose of this research, and then review the literature of select suppliers, trust management and trust evaluation methods at home and abroad. The second, we describe the basic theory and knowledge of Choice Model for Best Trustworthy Supplier, and then use relevant theory and knowledge to build a Choice Model for Best Trustworthy Supplier--BTSM. Finally, we carry out some simulation experiment, the results of simulation experiment indicate that this model is feasible and effective.
