Study On Supplier Selection System Based On EPC

Under the background of global economic integration,supply chain management has become an integral part of enterprise management.It is widely applied in various fields as an integration management mode.Supply chain management as the one of the most advanced enterprise operation management theory,not only brings the manufacturing enterprise infinite creativity,but also gives the EPC general contracting enterprise enlightenment,along with the rapid growth in construction internationalization.In the early90 s,the project was put forward the concept of supply chain,and gradually form a system which regards the general contractor as the core,surrounding the construction project of supply chain management.The supply chain management theory applied to engineering projects in the construction industry for not a long time,and there are not many relevant theoretical researches.The characteristics of engineering because of its supply chain project,the dependence of the supplier is much higher than the traditional supply chain,so how to choose the suppliers is very important in the construction supply chain.At present,for the project and the study of the supplier selection evaluation problem of the supply chain more limited to adopt AHP(Analytic Hierarchy Process,AHP)or Fuzzy hierarchical analysis method,(Fuzzy Analytical Hierarchy Process,FAHP)for discussed the establishment of index system,lack of practical operability.This article uses TOPSIS analysis method to explore the EPC mode based on supply chain management of supplier evaluation.And use enterprise C as an example to do the research of the supplier selection evaluation.Based on EPC mode of project research and analysis of supply chain management,analysis of case of EPC general contracting company supplier selection evaluation system problems.Then according to the requirement for material quality,more widely but the number of material type plummeting demand model,provide optimization suggestions of its supplier evaluation management system.This research can provide certain reference to the related industries reference value and improve the theoretical basis and practical guidance to international competitiveness of EPC general contracting enterprises in our country...
