This thesis introduced the rapidly development status in recent years for the marketing companies in mainland China, and it predicted more business development opportunities will occur under the circumstance that China's economy's is on the optimistic fast-growing trend in the future.Meanwhile, it also predicted the marketing companies will face much stiffer competition in the coming days, so the successful management of the customer-facing service team becomes vital to the company.Secondly, it stated the contents and corresponding results of the performance management mechanism from 2009 to 2010 for service team in UNISONO marketing company as an example. Based on this example, the thesis did the deep research and analysis from the perspective of internal setting issues of the performance management mechanism, and the perspective of external support issues of the team and the company.As a result, we can get the following conclusion: When setting up the performance management mechanism, we should not only focus on the indication of performance data, but also need to consider more on the difficulty of the detailed work that the team member is facing, which is about the aspects of the corporate culture and the corporate inspiration. Also we need to improve the rationality and operability of the performance management mechanism. And resolve the procedural and operational problems in the real work by setting up the suitable organization structure.From the management perspective, we need to improve the communication between the team members and the management team, and using the performance management mechanism as a good tool to drive the development of the company and the business, so that the staff and the management can build up the same vision and consensus on the performance need, and grow together to share the prosperity of the future development of the company.
