Beijing Changli United Energy & Technology Company was established in 2003 with programs such as mechanical insert type zinc-air battery etc. in Beijing Zhongguancun Jianxiang Science Park. Beijing Changli Union Energy technology Company is a private high-tech enterprise integrating the research, development, production and distribution of new-style battery products as well as electric vehicle products. As the company developing fast, the old Salary Management System has been a stoppage. So the reform of company's Salary Management System is necessary.On the basis of the background of Beijing Changli Company and matter of facts, the paper analyzes the current situation of the company's. Salary Management System. Based on the experiences from advanced salary theory both domestic and abroad and compared with the comparatively advanced domestic salary mode, the paper points out the main problems on the Salary Management System that the company adopted. After studying the merits and shortcomings of domestic salary management system and based on current company's situations and strategies, I developed a comparatively reasonable Salary Management System of management. And I proposed "Three access" principle, which is used to all managers. At the same time, I proposed the profit sharing and delayed payment plans. In the stage of operation, some controlling steps are added to the system.The new Salary Management System will stimulate managers' enthusiasm and strengthen company's competitiveness.
