Study On Enterprise System Reform Of Qinghai Yellow Designing Company

To set up modern enterprise system is a system require for enterprise tend to market system. The system of engineering company has used the system of enterprise under the planned economic system for many years. But, there are many problems in this enterprise system, such as old thought, ineffective mechanism of management, unbalance of personnel's structure etc. With the developing of the socialism market economy, these problems of the system in company of reconnaissance and design becomes obstacle in the developing of socialism market economy, and the system of company of reconnaissance and design cannot already adapt the demand of the work. The condition of system reform has been analyzed using and Opportunity Threat ( SWOT) method to interior and exterior condition and Environmental Threat and Opportunity Profile (ETOP) method to exterior condition for Qinghai Yellow designing company.
