In current knowledge economy times, person is the principal part for knowledge creating, propagation and application and the most hinge factor among all elements of productivity. Therefore, high diathesis manpower is the main motivity for pushing development of knowledge economy. The outstanding differences between knowledge economy and industrial economy are that the management keystone for traditional industrial economy is "things" while for knowledge economy the management pivot is "person", i.e., knowledge-featured staff management. Under such macroscopical background, management to enterprise team and enterprise staff had changed prodigiously, the shock of which shall be well penetrated by enterprise management administrators for seeking corresponding management measures.Starting from status quo of Company A, mental characteristics and individuality features of knowledge-featured staff are analyzed, differences between them and normal staff in the aspects of id, ego and superego are pointed out in this essay. Knowledge-featured staffs have the individuality features of pursuing self-worth realization, emphasizing achievement and spirit prompting, strong self-determination in work, prominent innovation, difficult in monitoring and control of work process and in measuring and evaluation of work fruit.Secondly, this essay points out according to the analyzing results that teamized management should be preferred for knowledge-featured enterprise, sufficient authorization should be considered by internal-organization work process designer for process flow manipulator, sharing the output fruit of such flow should also be accounted for knowledge-featured enterprise management.Citing the theory of entrust—agent, it is pointed that the format of covenant can also be taken for project team management, such as liability system for target management, etc., due to the existence of anisomerous information and morality risk.
