The Issues And Measures In The Process Of Urbanization In Our Country

Our country is in the key phase of rapid urbanization development. In the further ten to twenty years, urbanization will lead to fundamental changes of our country's social structure. Therefore, how to direct the healthy development of our country's urbanization is one of the significant projects of our country's modernization process.The paper is divided into five parts. The first part is about the definitions of city, urbanization and urbanization strategy; the second part illustrates the significance of urbanization in the social and economic development; the third part analyzes the achievement and problems in the process of urbanization in our country; the fourth part is about economic lessons that we can learn from America and Japan and the implications of them; the last part illustrate the measures for our country in implementing the healthy development of urbanization.This paper combines quantitative analysis and qualitative analysis methods, and compares and uses other things for reference as well as adheres to the principles of combining theory with reality to study the important issues in our country's urbanization.The creative point of the paper is that it comprehensively analyses the issues in our country's urbanization process and puts forward some countermeasures to deal with them.
