Issues And Countermeasures In The Process Of China’s Urbanization Advance

Our country urbanization construction by nearly60years of development, has obtained the remarkable result, regardless of economic, political, or great changes have taken place in society. But with the rapid development of urbanization construction at the same time, the problems are gradually exposed. These problems smoothly solve helps to promote the sustainable development of urbanization of our country. This paper through the literature research, investigation, analysis and interpretation methods of induction, collected a large amount of research and analysis of literature, investigation and field visits, to our country urbanization development course and the current achievements and existing present situation has carried on the earnest analysis, careful study, combined with the national current comprehensive development strategy of a new path of urbanization with Chinese characteristics is a new type of urbanization with Chinese characteristics expounded the background and connotation of characteristics, and on how to promote the construction of the new urbanization to solve the existing problems in the process of thinking about the author’s idea is put forward, so as to provide reference for the smooth development of our country urbanization road. This paper consists of the following five parts: the first part of the introduction part, this paper introduces the research background and significance, related research were reviewed and the structure and content of this study. The second part mainly defines the concept of\"urbanization\" and the formation of urbanization are introduced and analyzed. The third part summarizes and analyzes the historical process of urbanization development in our country and urbanization construction since the founding of new China’s achievements. The fourth part analyzed the urbanization development in our country there are serious urban‐rural division, industry development lag, the system is not sound, the main problems, such as environmental pressure. The fifth part expounds the new urbanization with Chinese characteristics in the background, connotation and characteristic of requirements, etc, and on how to in the new path of urbanization with Chinese characteristics in the process of solving the existing problems put forward the countermeasures and measures.
