It is very significative to discuss the compensation design, which is a key to strengthen the enterprise's core competence. At present, the research of compensation design still has a long way to go. A lot of company just copy or imitate the successful enterprise but ignore some facts of their company. Therefore, the purpose of this paper is to design a suitable salary system for Sdlg company.In this paper, firstly, author analysised the problem of salary system in Sdlg company. Then formed a principle of compensation design at the basis of Sdlg company development strategy, and did job analysis to improve job description. In the new salary system, according to the competence of employee, the stronger competence, the better salary. Absorbing the essence of BSC(Balance Scorecard), the pressure of company development is transferred to employees. In the same time, the plan set up two ways to promote salary; one is management channel, the other is business channel.In the end, the paper gets down the guaranteed measure to smooth the reform. Author hope the plan can bring benefit for Sdlg company, also expect the paper can provide a good case for studying compensation design.
