Design of compensation system is the precondition and important component part in management system of modern times. It is a new and important subject that how to design and set up a set of scientific compensation system which is accord with China's actual conditions, meets and promotes enterprise's development demands in the age of economic globalization. This article use home and overseas compensation theory for reference. Through the R&D staff of S Research Institute of Chemical Industry (SRICI), it analyzes the corporation's former compensation system. In order to adapting to development and management of the enterprise, it gives a new project of compensation design.The first part introduces SRICI 's general situation, and the basic train of thought, content, method of the paper. The second part explains the development of the compensation theory, and introduces many kinds of salary theories. The third part analyses and appraises the company's compensation system, and points out that the reform of the salary is imperative. The fourth part is about the influence factor and guideline of the compensation designing. The fifth part is on the basis of first two parts, combines realistic management needs, and redesigns the new company's compensation system. The last part is mainly about the measures ensuring implementing the new compensation scheme.
