The Study On Jilin Province's Employment Problem Of Present Stage

To decrease the unemployment rate and to realize the employment adequately is one of the objects of the macroscopical economic development in each country and each area all over the world at all times, and also it is the problem under ceaseless discussing by each country's theorists. This article is based on the actual status of the difficulties of employment in the course of Jilin province's economical system reform of present stage, and through the theoretical analysis and description of the practical economical status, to search the practical reason and historical reason of forming this kind of state and find the countermeasure to solve the problems.This article makes Marxist basic viewpoint and position the starting point and exerts the methods of comparison, induction and consequence, on the basis of systemic expatiation of western economics and Marxist economics, combines the actual status of Jilin province and analyses the reasons of high unemployment rate and the difficulties of employment of our province. Thereinto the affect brought by the Jilin province's economical structure adjustment and the reform of state-owned enterprises is included, accordingly a conclusion can be made that the cause of formation of Jilin province's employment is complicated, and this is connected with the economic peculiarity, economical development stage and economical system reform of our province. Therefore, for the sake of accelerating Jilin province's employment adequately, we must use the national and international successful experiences for reference and adjust the existing employment stratagem and employment structure necessarily complying with the basic rule of economic development.
